On December 4^th of 2002 the weather was beautiful: cold, slightly wet snow good for snowman construction. Overnight; cars, poles, anything and everything that was able to collect dust -- accumulated 1" ice coat. Trees and power lines collapsed under the weight of their new clothes. Half of Chapel Hill and another 1,500,000 people lost electricity. Above are the images of nature's work.
